A new adventure...

I have been horrible about updating this blog over the past two months, but I promise to post 2nd and 3rd month photos soon!  Before I do that I have some news to share.  My husband was offered a teaching position in Idaho last week and we have decided to accept it.  This opportunity allows us to live in the same town as our parents and gives us more time to spend together during school breaks and in the summer.  It also provides me with the opportunity to get cracking on my Master's degree :)

My husband and I moved to Oregon a little over 11 years ago from Idaho and both of us grew up in the same town we are moving back to.  We are excited to live near our parents and embark on this new adventure, but sad to leave all of our wonderful friends here in the Portland area.  The last time I lived in Idaho I was a young newly wed working on my Bachelor's degree.  A LOT has happened since then!  I have loved living here (for almost my entire adult life!) and enjoyed all of the fun things the Pacific Northwest has to offer.  God has blessed us here and we are going to miss all of our friends, our school community, our family through Christ, and our little yellow house a lot... Thank you for all of the beautiful memories!!!

The twins are doing well!  They even survived a 12 hour road trip to ID in June.  They have come a long way from getting motion sickness every time they got into a vehicle and are now great little travelers!  Like I said at the beginning of this post, I will add some new photos of them within the next few days -  they are GROWING!
